Title of the thesis:The importance of customer service department for the company activities
Summary:This thesis describes activities of the customer service department. The first chapter describes how customers have value for company. In the secon chapter is mentioned how the customer service department implements the consumer market analysis. And without this analysis company can not focus on the target market. Further the thesis states in the third chapter, which ways of marketing communication are used in communication from the side of customer service department. The pracical part describes the overall activities of the customer service department in the loaylty program, which belongs between the main ways how to keep a faithful and loaylty customer. At the end, it should be noted that the activities of customer service department is important for the company. Investmenst which company embed to the customers have got a good return in the form of profits. Satisfied and loyal customers always returns to the company.
