Description in original language: The A3 method is a systematic problem solving and continuous improvement approach, which was first employed at the company Toyota. The paper presents possibilities of using the method for searching and effective implementing green innovations in an industrial company transport. Advantages and potential problems related to the method utilization are identified on the basis of a case study focused on technological innovations in ŠKODA AUTO internal transport.

Description in Czech: Metoda A3 je přístup k systematickému řešení problémů a neustálému zlepšování, který byl poprvé použit ve společnosti Toyota. Článek představuje možnosti použití této metody pro vyhledávání a efektivní implementaci green inovací v dopravě průmyslového podniku. Výhody a potenciální problémy spojené s využitím uvedené metody jsou identifikovány na základě případové studie zaměřené na technologické inovace v interní dopravě společnosti ŠKODA AUTO.
