Course objective:
Provide students with required knowledge and methodology of organization and production management. Consideration of economical and qualitative needs for company's production programme. Student will recieve approach of usage optimization methods during practical performance of case study. ( Collect relevant data, VSM and waste analysis, prepare and defend the final presentation infront of audience in order to get ability for recieve support for projects.)

Learning outcomes and competences:
After completing the course, student will be able to:
 
-will analyze the state of production system and suggests a solution to the future optimal state
-will discuss basic problems of operational management
-will interpret significant key performance indicators used in production management
-will recognize foundational principles of organization, management and planning of production at the level of operational management

Course completion:
Student during examination fill the test of 25 questions covering content of the subject and than verbally respond 3 additional question raised by the examinator. Aim of the exam is to declare knowledge of the subject content Further there is put emphasis on ability to use theoretical knowledge in practical solution of case study and its presentation.
