To enrich the knowledge of administrative, legal, sociological and psychological apects of HR management by an economic approach. An integral part of the course is the discussion of analysies and data related to labour market developments. This also includes the students´ presentations.

Requiremens for successul completion of the course:

Minimum requirement is to obtain 60 points out of 100

- activity during classes: 30 points max.
- elaboration and presentation of a chosen topic agreed with the lecturer: 20 points max.
- interim test: 20 points max
- final test: 30 points max. (student must obtain minimum 15 points from final test in any case)

Eligibility for final test - 35 points minimum collected during the semester

final grading: 0-59 fail (D)
60-80 good (C)
81-90 very good ((B)
91-100 excellent
