Course objective:
The aim of the subject is to gain knowledge about the responsibilities and competencies of personnel departments and personnel specialists, to orientate in personnel issues and to apply practikal tools of practical human resources.
 
Course methods: lecture, discussion, simulation, training, mentoring, coaching.

Presentation of model enterprises and model jobs. (allowance 0/2)

Selection process and Assessment centre stages of preparation. (allowance 0/2)
6.Simulation of the selection procedure. (allowance 0/2)
7.
The process of adaptation of the workplace, materials for the newly coming worker, and adaptation plan. (allowance 0/2)

Course completion:
Ongoing ( max . 38 points , min . 26) : the development and presentation of work by the teacher, running tasks , running tests and active participation of at least 26 points in total for referral to the written test.
Combined final exam during the exam period (max. 62 points) : written part (at least 20 points out of 40 possible ) + oral (at least 10 points out of 22 possible ) .

Total score is the sum of the partial evaluations.
