Course objective:
The goal of the subject is to establish understanding the importance of social security and health insurance in the Czech republic and in the othe countries.

Course completion:
The course is completed by final test.
The students are evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:
1. Class participation and active contribution to the seminars including the reading of the assigned materials (20 points).
2. Presentation; maximum score is 20 points
3. Final test -- maximum score 60 points
The minimal admission limit to the final exam is 24 points raised in the semester. If the minimum passing score is not reached, the student fails the course.

The minimum passing score on the final test is 58 % (35 points). If the minimum passing score is not reached, the student fails the course.
