Course objective:
The objective of the course is to help students to understand fundamental principles of labour law in the broader perspective of protection of social rights. Students will also get acquianted with the practical information and skills for the practical implementation of labour law mainly in the process of labour contracts drafting and execution and labour dispute prevention and resolution.


 
Course methods: Combination of theoretical lectures with practical seminars/workshops focused on case studies and drafting of labour contracts and other labour law legal documentation.

Learning outcomes and competences:
After completing the course, student will be able to:
 
-Will analyze the labour disputes and suggest the appropriate form of solution
-Will apply principles of legal regulation to practical execution and termination of labour relationships
-Will clarify principles of the civil law and labour law in labour relationships.
-Will describe principles of private and public law regulation of labour relationships.
-Will develop prevention of labour disputes strategy.
