Course objective:
Rational procedures for solving decision problems, decision processes and their structure, apply the principles of teamwork and choose the appropriate style of decision making, basic methods of decision-making under certainty, risk and uncertainty, risk management.

11.Decision Support Systems (allowance 1/2)
12.Presentation of seminar papers (allowance 1/2)
 
Learning outcomes and competences:
After completing the course, student will be able to:
 
-Will apply the basic theoretical principles of managerial decision-making under certainty, risk and uncertainty
-Will interpret the basic concepts of managerial decision-making
-Will solve the decision making tasks in the area of managerial decision-making
