|Provide basic information about the philosophy of a slim company, slim production, a slim production system, slim administration and about the principles and methods of a slim company and their applicability in practice. Basic attention will be devoted to practical demonstrations of implementation and functionality of slim company methods in several simulation and optimisation games.|
