To learn and understand the basic principles, rules and forms of the social communication. Development of individual communication skills.

Nonverbal communication - nature, importance, principles and forms (allowance 1/1)

5.Communication and interpersonal conflicts (allowance 1/1)
6.Interview - planning and conducting the interview (allowance 1/1)
7.
Chosen types of interviews - the information-gathering interview, the employment interview, the performance appraisal interview (allowance 1/1)

Communication in small groups - specifics, group and individual (allowance 1/1)

Mass communication (allowance 1/1)
10.Communication and public media - social construction of reality (allowance 1/1)

Social communication and information technologies (allowance 1/1)

Learning outcomes and competences:
After completing the course, student:
