Course objective:
The course is targeted on a systematic development of the personal and managerial potential and communication skills. Particular learning objectives can be defined as it follows:
• Introduction into the area of individual and organizational learning.
• Explantion of the principles of interpersonal perception and understanding other people.
• Mastering different techniques of effective communication in different managerial and business life related situations.
• Development of the skills related to a teamwork.
 
Course methods: application of the experiential learning methodology, personal development plans, case studies, self-assessments, group discussions, roles playing, simulations, team work

Learning outcomes and competences:
After completing the course, student:
 
-Will propose and complete personal development plan in a desirable area of the managerial and social skills
-Will understand his/her own strengths and weaknesses in accordance to principles of versatile leadership
-Will understand the basic principles and rules of effective communication and cooperation between a manager and employees
-Will understand the nature of the teams and participate effectively on a team work

The students will be evaluated and graded on a basis of the following four criteria:
• Active participation and contribution to the classes
• Elaboration of the Learning Contract (in the beginning of the course) and Personal Development Portfolio (at the end of the course)
• Individual project "International Managerial Career Interview"
• Final exam (test)
