Course objective:
The course is based on participation in Supply Chain & Channel Management Simulation. This brings the possibility to enhance and further develop the knowledge acquired in logictic-oriented courses. The game simulates supply chain management within an international business environment.
 
Course methods: The game is divided in six simulation rounds. The simulation can be also played in blocs continuously.

1.Team selection, simulation rules, simulation user interface, how to win the simulation. (allowance 0/2)
2.Supply Chain & Channel Management Simulation - 1st round. (allowance 0/2)
3.Fundamental of market environment and SCM strategies. Proposal of basic steps for - 2nd round. (allowance 0/2)
4.Supply Chain & Channel Management Simulation - 2nd round. (allowance 0/2)
5.Result analysis of of the previous round. Balanced Scorecard. Proposal of basic steps for - 3rd round. (allowance 0/2)
6.Supply Chain & Channel Management Simulation - 3rd round. (allowance 0/2)
7.Result analysis of of the previous round. Stock market. R&D. Proposal of basic steps for - 4th round. (allowance 0/2)
8.Supply Chain & Channel Management Simulation - 4th round. (allowance 0/2)
9.Result analysis of of the previous round. Proposal of basic steps for - 5th round. (allowance 0/2)

Learning outcomes and competences:
After completing the course, student:
 
-Will analyse the causes and impacts of strategic decisions
-Will apply managerial knowledge and skills to enhance business and team performance
-Will interpret the final results of the simulation game
