Introduction of choosen questions from Purchasing department, which covers almost all purchasing activities running in ŠKODA AUTO, Purchasing department. Other particular goal is introdcuction of connected competencies, which are necesary for sucessfull realization of commercial cases.

Learning outcomes and competences:
After completing the course, student:
-Will explain the benefits of innovative purchasing strategies
-Will recognize the basic starting points of the automotive purchasing department
-Will recognize the latest trends in the purchasing process

There should be commented particular lectures including comparisson of theoretical knowledge and information with practical lectures from purchasing profesionals (min. 9 lines to each lecture, total +/- 2-3 pages A4 format).
