Course objective:
Entrepreneurship is becoming one of the most important driving forces of the today's business world. This course focuses on entrepreneurship in its whole perspective starting with an identification of an entrepreneurial opportunity, assessing the feasibility of reaching the prospective customers and going further up to developing a full business plan. For participants mainly interested in working in an environment of a multinational company, some adjusting in terms of intrapreneurship are going to be undertaken. After finishing the course, participants are supposed to be able to identify, evaluate, develop and implement a promising business opportunity in terms of starting and building a new venture. In seminars there are going to be presented the particular parts of a venture capital business plan.
Course methods:
The full-time course consists of theoretical lectures and seminars. The part-time courses are based on tutorial sessions and individual tuitions with an individial lecturer. During the term, several case studies and exercises are elaborated.

After completing the course, student:
Will apply modern analytical methods to identify the growth potential of a new business or project
Will devise a business idea and assess its economic meaningfulness
Will express qualified conclusions on exit strategy and pre-money and post-money valuation
Will choose the appropriate legal form of business and funding for the project
Will identify the key risks associated with the project
