Course objective:
The aim of the subject is to gain knowledge about the responsibilities and competencies of HR department and HR managers. Students will be able to apply practical tools of Human Resources Management.

Course completion:
The requirements for a successful completion of the course for full time students are: active participation (meaning not simple attendance but actual involvement in class) – 12 points, presentation – 20 points, test 8 points and individual assignments 10 points. Maximum amount of points is 50. In order to be admitted to a written exam, students must obtain at least 34 points. Maximum amount of points from a written exam is 50 points. 30 point is a minimum to pass the final exam.
