Course objective:
Subject of Human Resource Management is taught: full-time, part-time
Upon successful completion of the subjects, students will acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills from HRM. Special focus is placed on current trends and issues in HRM.

Course completion:
The requirements for a successful completion of the course for full time students are: active participation (meaning not simple attendance but actual involvement in class) – 24 points, presentation – 25 points, individual assignments 10 points. Maximum amount of points is 59. In order to be admitted to a written exam, students must obtain at least 38 points. Maximum amount of points from a written exam is 41 points. 25 point is a minimum to pass the final exam.
