Course objective:
The main objective of the course is to present and explain the practical importance of the adults´education as well as of a life-long learning.
Course methods: Lcetures, seminars, case studies, elaboration of an educational project and its presentation, team work.
Course content:
Andragogy in a system of the sciences, nature and development of andragogy (allowance 2/1)
Professional education of the adults, trends in the area of professional education (allowance 2/1)
Development of andragogy in the Czech republic and abroad, current trends (allowance 2/1)
4.Concept of a life-long learning (allowance 2/1)
5.Strategic approach to an education in organizations (allowance 2/1)
Human resource development and education in organizations (allowance 2/1)
Analysis and identification of educational needs (allowance 2/1)
Forms, methods and techniques of an education in organizations (allowance 2/1)
Personality and competencies of an educator (allowance 2/1)
Didactics of an adults´ education (allowance 2/1)
11.Organizational forms of teaching, teaching and motivation (allowance 2/1)
12.Evaluation in the area of adults´ education (allowance 2/1)
Learning outcomes and competences:
After completing the course, student:
Will be able to identify educational needs of the employees
Will be able to plan, implement and evaluate an educational process in an organization
Will understand essential principles and nature of the educational process
Will understand nature of the different educational techniques and methods, including coaching
-Will understand specific aspects of a development and education of the adult people in organizations
