Course objective:
The aim of the German language studies is to master general and professional language on the B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Students will improve and extend their vocabulary and knowledge of grammar structures and will develop and improve all language skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking).

Learning outcomes and competences:
After completing the course, student:
 
-Will demonstrate knowledge and understanding in both productive and receptive language skills
-Will give basic information about topics defined by the content of the module
-Will understand and apply grammatical and lexical stuctures defined by the content of the module

Course completion:
To complete the module successfully, it is recommended that students participate at 60% of lessons. Students will have to prove good knowledge of the topics of the syllabus in all the language skills. Students complete: a mid-term test, a final test and a final oral exam. Students can get 5 points for their active participation in the lessons.
During the semester, students have to accumulate minimally 60% points.

100-90: excellent (1)
89-75: very good (2)
74-60: good (3)
59-0: failed (N)
