Course objective:
The main objective of the subject is to introduce the students into the problem area of managerial psychology and sociology. Particular focus is on explanation of the ways in which psychological and sociological knowldge can be used in organizational and managerial practice. An associated goal is represented by an effort to develop and deepen students'self-understanding and critical reflection of their own personalities.

The students will be evaluated and graded according to the following criteria:
- activity on lessons and their contribution to a successful course of the classes
- presentation of a chosen topic
- elaboration and defence of a seminar paper
- final written test - 20 multiple choice questions
