Course objective:
The main objective of the course is to present and explain the practical importance of the adults´education as well as of a life-long learning.
 
Course methods: Lcetures, seminars, case studies, elaboration of an educational project and its presentation, team work.

Professional education of the adults, trends in the area of professional education (allowance 2/1)
3.Development of andragogy in the Czech republic and abroad, current trends (allowance 2/1)
4.Concept of a life-long learning (allowance 2/1)
5.
Strategic approach to an education in organizations (allowance 2/1)
6.Human resource development and education in organizations (allowance 2/1)
7.Analysis and identification of educational needs (allowance 2/1)
8.
Forms, methods and techniques of an education in organizations (allowance 2/1)
9.Personality and competencies of an educator (allowance 2/1)
10.
Didactics of an adults´ education (allowance 2/1)
11.
Organizational forms of teaching, teaching and motivation (allowance 2/1)
12.
Evaluation in the area of adults´ education (allowance 2/1)
 
Learning outcomes and competences:
After completing the course, student:

Will be able to identify educational needs of the employees

Will be able to plan, implement and evaluate an educational process in an organization
-Will understand essential principles and nature of the educational process

Will understand nature of the different educational techniques and methods, including coaching

Will understand specific aspects of a development and education of the adult people in organizations
