|The aim is to enable students in the form of experiential activities explore their dispositions for different roles and positions in a work team, forming their skills in teamwork. Students become familiar with the activities that are used in building teams and improving the efficiency of their operations.|
|The course consists of five day course. Within the program, the students are forced to deal with various problem situations through various activities and simulated situations (often in substandard conditions) within teams of different size. Activities require the cooperation of all members of the group. The program includes a self-assessment and evaluation of these activities, with emphasis on the possible transfer into everyday life and work situations.|

Successful completion of the course is subject to full participation in the course program with active involvement in all ongoing activities. (60 points)
For one-day absence from the course, the student loses 20 points.
Students work out an essay on an assigned topic. The work includes self-assessment in the context of team work and the completed course program (40 points)

With regard to the fact that the subject is taught as a course, not made any specific support for distance learning. It is assumed regular involvement in tutorials.
