Course objective:
The aim of the course is to make students familiar with the issues of creative and innovative management in today's turbulent world. Creative thinking is one of the core competences of a manager, especially within realities of industry 4.0, when all the activities that can be algorithmized will be taken over by automated systems. In practice, managers who manage to see more "far and behind" are the most successful.
 
Course methods: Seminar-based teaching, interactive tasks, group discussions, creative exercises, coaching, training.

Course completion:
Student assessment is based on four components. The final mark is given by the sum of points from of individual activities:
1. Initiative in seminars, maximum 24 points
2. Creative task resolution, max. 26 points
3. Seminar work, max. 20 points
4. Final test, maximum 30 points
