Course objective:
Introduction of choosen practical examples from practical logistics, which cover almost all logistic´s activities in ŠKODA AUTO, department of Logistics of the brand. In particular courses management of the departments gradually introduce concrete logistic´s processes.

9.CKD center - Excursion (allowance 3/0)
10.Assembly lines delivering (allowance 2/0)
11.Optimalization projects in automotive industry (allowance 2/0)
12.Logistic's strategy of Škoda Auto, Green logistics, TEST (allowance 2/0)
Learning outcomes and competences:
After completing the course, student:
-Will explain the benefits of innovative logistics strategies
-Will recognize the basics of Logistics management in the automotive industry
-Will recognize the latest trends in logistics management in the automotive industry
