Course objective:
To acquaint students with the issues of quality management in the conditions of Škoda Auto a.s. Through individual meetings with recognized quality management specialists, selected activities and ways of working in the area of quality will be presented and subsequently discussed. The methods, methods and tools used in the planning, development and serial production of cars will be presented to meet customer requirements.
 
Course methods: Presentation, use of professional studies and analyzes, practical demonstrations, discussions with practitioners, excursions.

Learning outcomes and competences:
After completing the course, student:
 
-Will demonstrate the concept of management systems in practice and modern trends in quality management in the automotive industry
-Will explain the specifics of quality management in the pre-serial phase and the serial phase of product life cycle in the automotive industry
-Will interpret technical aspects of quality management (testing, measurement) and will use appropriate methods and tools for quality planning and quality improving
