Course objective:
The aim is to enable students in the form of experiential activities explore their dispositions for different roles and positions in a work team, forming their skills in teamwork. Students become familiar with the activities that are used in building teams and improving the efficiency of their operations.
Course methods: The course consists of five day course. Within the program, the students are forced to deal with various problem situations through various activities and simulated situations (often in substandard conditions) within teams of different size. Activities require the cooperation of all members of the group. The program includes a self-assessment and evaluation of these activities, with emphasis on the possible transfer into everyday life and work situations.
Course content:
Icebreakers activities. (allowance 0/4)
Activities used during building of new collectives. They help to create informal relationships between team members and to remove initial communication barriers.

Efficiency of a group. (allowance 0/4)
Activities aiming at measuring the effectiveness of the work group and exploring the roles of individual members in the group.

Development of communication skills during solving the problem. (allowance 0/4)
Activities aiming at measuring the effectiveness of the work group and exploring the roles of individual members in the group.

4.Outdoor and construction strategic activities. (allowance 0/4)
Activities mostly outdoor character. Planning, decision making under risk, physical demands, adventures, optimization of costs and benefits, time management.

Proactive and creative activities. (allowance 0/4)
a.Activities developing creativity within the group. Usually complex tasks that do not have the predetermined pattern solutions. The main characteristics of functioning of the group are observed during these activities.

Learning outcomes and competences:
After completing the course, student:
Will arrange and organize the team activity with the given target.
-Will describe basic targets and methods of teambuilding activities.
Will estimate his role during cooperation in the team.

Course completion:
Successful completion of the course is subject to full participation in the course program with active involvement in all ongoing activities. (60 points)

For one-day absence from the course, the student loses 20 points.

Students work out an essay on an assigned topic. The work includes self-assessment in the context of team work and the completed course program (40 points)
Support for combined/distance forms of study:
With regard to the fact that the subject is taught as a course, not made any specific support for distance learning. It is assumed regular involvement in tutorials.
