Course objective:
The target of the course is to provide students with the principles of feedback and adaptive systems and with the principles of integrated safety.
 
Course methods:
Interactive video, schematic pictures, driving simulations, examples of communication modules
 
Course content:
1.
Active propulsion systems overview. Feedback control, linear and non-linear systems. (allowance 2/2)
2.Control systems examples, vehicles, planes, space craft. Phase plane analysis. (allowance 2/2)
3.
Stability of controlled systems. Vehicle sensors. (allowance 2/2)
4.
Analysis of situation in front of the car, pattern recognition. Integrated safety systems, active elements. (allowance 2/2)
5.
Feedback linearization in complex systems. Control target functions. (allowance 2/2)
6.
Control strategies overview, robust systems. Car comunication. Intelligent transportation systems. (allowance 2/2)
