Course objective:
Main aim of the course is to acquaint students with selected methods and models for managerial decision making support and help them in real applications in their managerial practice.
 
Course methods: Lecture notes followed by seminars.

Learning outcomes and competences:
After completing the course, student:

Will apply mathematical modelling procedures to more complex decision-making and optimization tasks

-Will select, on the base of data analysis, the most appropriate tool for obtaining an effective solution

Will understand and explain the principles of optimization in typical and special managerial tasks
