Course objective:
The objective of the subject is to provide the students with the knowledge and competencies form the area of work and organizational psychology.
Course methods:
Lectures, seminars, team work, case studies, study of the literature, presentations.
Course content:
Psychology of work: subject, objectives, history. (allowance 1/2)
Analysis and assessment of the working activities, performance measurement. (allowance 1/2)
Work motivation and work satisfaction. (allowance 1/2)
4.Work attitudes, basic forms of behaviour in organizations. (allowance 1/2)
5.Work stress and strain. (allowance 1/2)
Psychology of organization: subject, objectives, history. (allowance 1/2)
7.Psychological diagnostics of an organization. (allowance 1/2)
Psychology of organizational development and change. (allowance 1/2)
Employees´ appraisal and its methods. (allowance 1/2)
Working groups and teams. (allowance 1/2)
11.Leading the employees and careers management. (allowance 1/2)
Pathological phenomena at work. (allowance 1/2)
Learning outcomes and competences:
After completing the course, student:
Will be able to apply basic methods and techniques of a motivation and stimulation of the employees
-Will be able to evaluate the processes of both interunderstand the processes of both internal and external communication in an organizationnal and external communication in an organization
-Will know basic quantitative and qualitative methods of a psychological research in organizations
Will understand psychological aspects and connections of leading and managing people in organizations
Will understand the demands and requirements of the working environment on a personality of the employees and managers
